Entry Instructions:

By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes: There is one prize, consisting of a private screening of The Fantastic Four: First Steps film for 4 adults (18+) in London, plus a 2-night hotel stay

The full package includes:
• Return economy train travel from a mainland UK rail station to London, UK and return station-hotel transfers in London. If the winner is based in Northern Ireland, any reasonable additional travel costs required to facilitate travel to London will be covered, provided they are pre-approved
by the Supplier;
• A private screening of The Fantastic Four: First Steps film in a central London location, including 1 x popcorn and 2 x drinks per person for four adults.
• 2 night’s 4* hotel accommodation in London, based on 4 adults sharing two double occupancy rooms, with daily breakfast;
• 4 x Tickets to a London observatory, including general admission and a planetarium show;
• Spending money, to the value of £100 per person (£400 total);
• Dinner allowance for winner’s choice of restaurant, provided to the value of £460 total (£115 per person);
• 4 x Fantastic Four merchandise goody bags, one per person. This consists of a tote bag, an adult sized cap, and a printed T-shirt in size large;
• 1 x signed and framed film poster for the winner only.

Terms and Conditions of the package:
a. Train travel is available from mainland UK rail stations only;

b. Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, this will be the responsibility of the winner and guests. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the attendees must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd (the “Prize Provider”) at their sole discretion;

c. Prize package is for up to 4 adults aged 18+, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. All travellers must be aged 18 or over, and all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;

d. Prize must be taken within 3 months from the date of contact by the Prize Provider and all travel must be completed within that time. Private screening is available on set dates and times throughout the week, and will be advised by the Prize Provider. Winner must contact the Prize Provider with three preferred travel date no later than six weeks prior to departure. If none of the
three date options are workable for the Prize Provider, the Prize Provider shall work with the winner to find an alternate suitable date. Prize cannot be taken over any UK Public Holidays, dates subject to availability. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

e. The prize excludes all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to travel insurance, transport to the private screening and addition food and drink.

f. Winner travels at own risk;

g. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize made by the winner once the prize has been booked will be at the winner's own expense;

h. Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of £115 GBP per person, including tax and gratuity; The £400 spending money and £460 dinner allowance will transferred into one bank account only, in the name of the winner.

i. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes.

j. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize travel package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
