Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 8th July 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 12th August 2025. There will be one draw per day for all entries received on that day (00:00 to 23.59), and 1 Grand Prize draw from all entries received during the Promotional Period (37 draws in total). Please see clauses 26 and 27 for draw/notification timings. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

When you enter the Promotion, you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize draw. Participants that do not wish to be entered into the Grand Prize draw can opt out by emailing Merlin@tescoprizes.com before the end of the Promotional Period.

Entry Instructions:

Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person per day during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once per day. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

a. Daily Prize: There is 1 x prize per day (“Ticket Prize”). There are 36 of these prizes in total. Each prize consists of 4 x general admission tickets to one of the following Merlin attractions (winner’s choice of attraction):

b. Prize will be provided in the form of 4 x e-codes (1 x e-code per general admission ticket). All e-codes will be for one attraction only; multiple attractions cannot be selected. General admission tickets do not include any additional expenses including but not limited to overnight stays, fast track, travel, food and beverages.

c. Email address required to receive prize. Prize tickets must be redeemed by 31st December 2025 (subject to main season attraction opening dates and not including special events, including but not limited to; Winter’s Tail at Chessington World of Adventures, Christmas at Alton Towers Resort and LEGOLAND Windsor at Christmas. Opening times at all Blackpool attractions may vary during the winter season. Dates subject to availability and exclusions dates vary per attraction, check online at time of booking), and consists of tickets only; prize excludes travel, accommodation and any other expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming any prize. The winners and their companions are responsible for any expenses.

d. Prize can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way.

e. Sale of the prize tickets for profit is prohibited.

f. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket. Prize must be taken as a complete package.

g. Prizes are subject to the individual attraction's terms and conditions.

h. The attraction entry tickets can only be claimed and used by the prize winner and as stipulated. The tickets are non-transferable and not for resale. Any purported or attempted transfer or sale of or other misuse of the tickets will render them automatically void.

i. Size, height, weight, and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. The attractions reserve the right to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

j. Age restrictions vary per attraction, check before booking and your visit to the attraction via the individual attraction websites. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years or over at Thorpe Park Resort, Warwick Castle, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Alton Towers Resort. Visitors 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 years and over at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, SEA LIFE Aquariums and Centres (Manchester,
Blackpool, Brighton, Great Yarmouth, Weymouth, Scarborough, Loch Lomond, Weymouth and Hunstanton), Madame Tussauds Blackpool and The Blackpool Tower. Visitors 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at SEA LIFE Birmingham, The Dungeons (Edinburgh, York and Blackpool). Visitors 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over at The London Eye, London, Madame Tussauds London and The London Dungeon. No person aged 18 and over can enter the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres (Manchester or Birmingham) without an accompanying child/ children aged 17 years or younger. To enter Peter Rabbit™: Explore and Play, adults must be accompanied by a child aged 14 and under.

k. Prizes will be sent via email within 28 working days of prize acceptance.

l. Grand Prize: There is 1 Grand Prize, consisting of an overnight break at Thorpe Park for 4 people. Prize includes:

- 2-day entry to Thorpe Park;
- Overnight stay at Thorpe Shark Cabins, sharing a standard Shark Cabin, with breakfast for 4 people;
- 4 x Ultimate Fastrack tickets for 1 day;
- 4 x One Shot Hyperia Fastrack tickets for 1 day.

One Shot Hyperia Fastrack tickets are valid for one use per person on Hyperia. Ticket is not bound by a time slot, individual ride restrictions apply.

Prize excludes travel, spending money, and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

Prize must be taken between 1st August 2025 – 30th June 2026, excluding over 1st October – 2nd November 2025, 27th March 2026 – 12th April 2026, 22nd – 30th May 2026, and all Saturdays, and is subject to availability. In the event the winner does not for any reason take the prize before the validity end date, then that entire prize package will be forfeited by the winner and cash, or any other form of compensation, will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.

Winner’s guests can be under 18, provided that the winner or a fellow guest is a parent or legal guardian. Please note that riders must be a minimum of 1.3m height to ride Hyperia. A household can win a maximum total of 1 Ticket Prize and the Grand Prize.
The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
