Hi, driver drove through short stay came out immediately wihtout stopping as thought entered wrong place. Paid £7 on toll. Went through drop off zone, stopped for 2 minutes to try to work out where to go. Drove out. Drove into short stay again, this time for 10 minutes and paid £7 toll again. Driver got a fine for being in drop off zone and not paying online. Driver didn't see the sign to pay online. Is it worth appealing? Many thanks
