Tesco legal protection

I have legal protection with Tesco ( who are not interested ) and i was crashed into by a company called DSSL Group and then they assaulted myself and my children and the company they have given for legal protection are not doing their job, i have given them the information over and over i have sent endless emails and now its been over a year and its still not sorted, can someone please advise me of what i can do ? this has put me in finacial hardship and effected my credit rating, i ? we are still suffering due to what went on.

For anyone to help you, you're going to give a more detailed breakdown of what happened (how can a company crash into you?) and then what has happened with the legal protection and what that has affected your credit rating.

Are you aware of your ability to raise issues with the Financial Ommudsman Service?

1. was this a motor crash?
2. is the assualt the claim or is this seperate?
3. when did this happen and how is your credit impacted?

LE cover on Tesco Motor polices used to be ARC Legal not Tesco themselves, would be surprised if thats changed. 

On motor it would cover uninsured losses in relation to a motor accident, if you say there was an assault after the accident its unlikely the LE cover would assist on that but its going to make the matter much more complex as to if losses were related to the first or the second incident. 

As to what you would do is broadly follow the complaints process in your legal expenses policy however in the first instance ask for an update. Claims against firms are almost always slower than claims against individuals and there can be lots of other complications that add time
