And I don't work for PPCs. 

However, I have better things to spend my time on (and I'm abroad on holiday) so do let @Kaizen2024 do it if he has offered. On occasion it is worth getting the parking industry trade bodies to help. I did exactly that with a few (unenforceable) '5 minute rule' cases recently and the BPA were proactive and seem to have got them cancelled.

Cannot say the same about the IPC ... but no surprise there. Hopefully, Kaizen is BPA connected not IPC. Maybe he wants to get your address removed to save his own parking company wasted postage.
