As my Q above, how does using quidco - a cashback site - offering upto £40 for dual fuel - change things ?

Do the figures build in quidco cashback / discounts in totals but not rates in some way ?

Are tge suppliers rates different to cover tge "commission" or chalked up to marketing etc.
