Harassment with council multiple pcns

Options
In August 2023 I lost my mum who I shared more or less my life with, I had to take on the tenancy of the flat.

June 2024 I was diagnosed with Myeloma Cancer - 5 fractures in my back, by July that had increased to 7.  I've had to attend the hospital regular.  December 24 I started getting pcns, I did apply for a permit for only to be told my council tax letter was out of date it took a whole month for them to let me know this, twice this happened.  Only when I went to CAB did I get this rectified.  But the council ticketed me 12 times during this, I was easy prey for them.  I was going through my toughest treatment with Myeloma Cancer towards last year.  Hickman line inserted, stem cell collection followed by the Stem Cell meeting 3rd December.  Which I couldn't do at the time risk to life etc.  The council know about my health and has chose to ignore this.  6 pcns have been ruled in my faviour by the traffic enforcement centre I received letters to this fact.  Within days the council wasted no time sending 6 pcns for £70 each.  I got another two witness statements to send to traffic enforcement centre.

The Council are making my life a misery I cant do anything without thinking about it or typing documents out to put my case across.  I really could do with some help with this as it's just not going away.  I've tried everything, why should I pay to park where I live ?

As this is a council matter I suggest that you post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
