Peabody Housing Association

I represent an elderly relative who is a Leaseholder of a retirement flat, the Freehold of which is managed by Peabody Housing Association. Peabody's on-going conduct and failure to provide financial information is giving us great concern regarding their solvency. Does anybody else have concerns of a similar nature.

What 'conduct' are you concerned about?
In terms of finances, as a leaseholder, your main area of interest would be how much they are spending on your property/block, and what is your share of those costs.
Use the formal complaints process if the relevant front-line team aren't helping as you expect.
A bit more detail will get you better advice on this forum.
And at a higher level, the management and finances of housing associations are overseen by the Regulator of Social Housing. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/regulatory-judgement-peabody-trust/peabody-trust-4878-regulatory-judgement-26-february-2025
