Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this.
I have receive a letter in my old married name to go to court for an unpaid parking fine
I paid fair and square and it was a euro parks type car park where you pay and it’s a digital parking ticket. They say I did not pay but I did. I haven’t received any letters prior to this. Maybe because they were addressed to my old married surname?

I have attached the relevant section for your reference.
Could anyone please give me some advice. It may seem quite simple but with dyslexia I really struggle to organise things in my brain and would appreciate some help to avoid the overwhelm.
Many thanks in advance

The PPC will have sent all papers to the name and address that is on the V5C (used to be known as the log book) so that is what needs changing if it is wrong and then you must inform the DPO of the PPC of your correct name and address for service and require them to ERASE your old data..1
