HSBC App Balance Forcast

I’m unable to ‘Include’ a ‘DD’ that was ‘Excluded’ for couple months e.g Council Tax 10 Months.. I’ve Cancelled the DD and renewed, still unable to..!  My wife’s iPhone works.  The DD is active going from our Bank A/C.  HSBC have No Answer!
The ‘Buttons’ ‘Include’ & ‘Exclude’ simply Missing!

I'm not sure you can add another DD if it's cancelled - you'd be better leaving it, and manually reducing it to 0.01 (the lowest amount) for the months you don't pay. I do this for my CC bill if I pay it off in full before the DD goes out
