    Hello guys, I have a final update on this case. I just got off the phone with the mediation service and the staff member just told me that the parking company decided to discontinue the case. It is all done.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

    As this was a 5 minute rule case, I wonder if this decision was due to the fact Excel lost a case just like it at a hearing this week...

    ... and were ordered to pay over £10,000 in costs!

    Not yet reported as I was keen to let Contestor Legal blog about it first, as I merely heard about it second hand and it was one of theirs. However it seems too much to think this is a coincidence.
