partner look for a payment sign or machine at the time and couldn't see one partner appealed direct and denied.been getting few of these in her name. little concerned as we have been getting letter of claim and actual court claims for 2 others within 3-4 months. wondering what to do next. i haven't been so on this as not in my name but wondering if too late to notify who the driver was

    PoFA states that the driver can be identified at any time up to the point when a court claim is served (when proceedings commence). But don't expect the PPC to be cooperative and willingly transfer liability. 

    Why do you want to transfer liability?
