is this reliable? as im having trouble with my virgin broadband and have been told that this is showing it as ok. its saying i have a download speed of 500kps. but when i try and download using DAP its more like 30-40 kps.
i'm stuck as to what to do as i cannot load a page today. i've had to plug in my three moblie BB to get it to work.
