Many thanks , would you advise not to ring - and just send letter to tell them they haven’t sent me CCA , but also i have no information regarding LC S.a.r.l company who they claim to have passed debt onto? All communication still been coming from link outsourcing address . I see there other threads on this and was wondering how people have got on . Will keep checking on the forum . Also as i was paying till 6 months ago it is not statute barred but would you know why these companies I had debt with are not showing on credit reports and my credit is showing as ‘excellent ‘ lol

Once a debt is defaulted it is removed after 6 years even if you never pay another penny.
You are lucky because sometimes creditors keep marking a debt that is being paid less than the contractual amount AP and those remain on the credit record for 6 years after the debt is paid off.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -

appreciate it’s difficult to know what to do for the best . I did see another person mention complaining to someone before the LBA even arrives from Kearns but I can’t find post again

I'm pretty sure LC asset 1/2 are part of the same group or Subsidiary of Link Financial, I have a few debts that I have received emails stating they have been acquired by LC Asset 2, but my credit report shows link financial and all the correspondence is from Link.
