Tesco Bank has their own 'Community' i.e. web forums.
This friendly message is what appears on the front page (link to archive of page):

Immediately above that is this message:

I just thought the incongruity in the two messages was amusing - the door that is always open, except it's about to close permanently!

It's always open whilst it's available, I'd guess...
Tesco Bank is now a trading name of Barclays Bank rather than Tesco Personal Finance - TPF seems to still be owned by Tesco but no longer has a banking license so likely have no interest in maintaining a banking forum with it's former brand.1
