About the prize

Where the city, coast and countryside meet, Solent Hotel and Spa is a four-star hotel which boasts 117 contemporary bedrooms, an award-winning restaurant and a luxurious, newly renovated spa.

There’s a brand-new pool area, as well as a salt wall sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and storm shower. You can also enjoy the tennis court and a state-of-the-art gym with free weights and spin bikes.

Daily classes are available, including Pilates, Body Pump Les Mills, Aqua Fit and more.

And when it comes to food, there’s an impressive three-course vegan menu, with a host of options including cauliflower popcorn, Thai red vegetable curry, Moving Mountain burger, fruit crumble, brownies and ice cream.
