Britannia Parking would have issued a pcn  ( not a fine  ) to the address obtained from the dvla database at the time of the incident,  within a few days or weeks of it, presumably you had moved so received no paperwork,  hence your confusion

Its usually caused by the RK not updating their address promptly,  a very common human error

Is the letter from B W Legal a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice to respond   ?

Yes it’s a PCN and also Says I have to respond before 19th of July otherwise I could get a CCJ (Image removed by Forum Team)

So send the LoC response template to B W Legal,  found in the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

Once that is done,  start studying and preparing for an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post

It actually says that they will issue a County Court Claim,  not a Judgment,  which they will be doing anyway

It doesn't mention anything about a CCJ

It's a Letter of Claim under the preaction protocol rules. This is the point at which you should engage ( within the 30 days) and guidance is in the Newbies thread

Come on, this is a dead easy stage and it doesn't say you'll get a CCJ. And you won't.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
