HELP!! I’ve been looking everywhere I can get help with this issue. I just placed a large order as a guest and accidentally put in the wrong email address and I cannot get access to my account. It is saying I can change the email address if it is entered wrong but I am entering the correct email address and not receiving anything. I made up an account with the correct email address to see if I can contact the seller to let them know but it appears I cannot unless I order something from them which isn’t showing up on my new account. I am pulling my hair out about this as I cannot track my shipping or get a refund if I need to, or even worst I am worried the person who’s email it did go to can change the address and make the order go to them !!

Do you know the email address you used?
If so, can you register it (if no one else has done so yet)?
Contacting OnBuy via their website seems to require logging in. Perhaps worth checking if they have any social media pages.
If you can't get anywhere and (worse case scenario) don't get the goods or they are faulty/misdescribed upon receipt you can speak to the bank about a chargeback if you paid by debit card (or S75 if credit card and each item is over £100).In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

I have made up a new account especially so I could get in touch with the seller but it seems to require you buying something from them on that account before you can contact them.0 -
