Littlewoods are responsible as they sold it to you. However all they will do is send it to Samsung to get fixed.0

Hi,
Littlewoods are responsible but they will give you a telephone number for their engineer to go out to see if tv can be repaired. Unfortunatly you cannot refuse a repair as you have had the tv too long.
Hope this helps. It's never too late so take that leap! :T0 -
You should be able to return the Item to Littlewoods, as it is upto Littlewoods to arrange the repair or replacement of faulty goods that are still under warranty.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Thats true but all they will do is pass it on to Samsung, by contacting Samsung directly you are cutting out the middleman and hopefull it will be resolved quicker0 -
yes but if samsung then replace the TV you haven't got the original that formed the contract with the retailer - doubt it would ever cause problems but you;re always safer going through the retailer.0
