Incorrect info on ticket

parked in a Britannia car park at 0945 -
paid at machine for 2 hours (had to put reg number in etc) -
charge was £1.70 (which was taken from bank account)
receipt churned out of machine
later looked at receipt and noted it was only for one hour and for £1.20
looks like machine not working or are they just going to conveniently say that I overstayed and issue a parking ticket?

It will probably state on the NTK insufficient amount paid for duration of stay, typical PPC accusation, typical shoddy practice by scammers that never admit their flawed systems make mistakes.Usual process to follow from newbies thread when the inevitable scammers paperwork drops on the mat.3

I'd quickly email a formal complaint before they generate a pcn saying you overstayed. Make them aware of the fault with their payment machine, sum of money taken from your account doesn't match what it says on the ticket the machine gave you.complaints@britannia-parking.co.uk3
