Ok so I went to the adjudicator and no surprise I lost as they agreed with Euro Parking Services that there is signage available showing the no return policy. What do I do now. I haven’t heard from EPS since the adjudicator responded. I still do t fell like anyone has looked at my side of the argument. I don’t want to pay for expensive legal representation but I just don’t want to give them £100 for nothing! Any advise greatly appreciated
Please put a screenshot of the decision in the IAS Decisions 2025 thread. I need more!

Obviously you don't pay. Ignore DRAs but tell them in writing if you move house in the next 6 years. That's the ONLY contact to make unless you get a Claim Form.

Still unsure that we are right?

Just click on the little red 'MSE link' in the small 'Parking Ticket Appeals' banner at the top of this page which leads to the MSE Guide to fight PCNs.

Same info is shown in both this forum and in that Guide, as regards the debt recovery letters being a futile stage and risk-free. Consistent advice here is easy to find and not just from random strangers. The MSE Guide is official 'Martin Lewis backed' advice.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nobody should pay unless a judge says so,  in court

This is the latest letter I’ve had from Euro Parking Services. Am I wasting my time now and should I just pay up?

No.  Can people stop wanting to throw their money away with ease
I did advise on the 16th saying you dont pay,
You seem to have missed that post?
Ignore this letter which you were also previously advised to do.
May i suggest you re-read the posts people have taken the time to write

I never understand why anyone asks that question. Have you not read post 4 of the NEWBIES thread yet? Where in the entire forum did you read a single thread saying "time to pay up"?! Clearly never.
