FTB - Searches Infilled Land & Floodrisk - Worried about subsidence

Hi Forum,
Firstly, I would like to thank you for reading.
I will try to be brief. I'm FTB with limited budget looking for a property for more than 2 years.I found this probate semi-detached house in a good location, ticking many boxes so I made an offer which was accepted.
I received the searches from the solicitors which indicated that part of the house was built in an infilled land with moderate ground stability risks as well as in a moderate Floodrisk area (attached pictures with these details).

The survey level 3 has been carried out and its Ok, but I'd like to read opinions if you consider hairline cracks to be a confirmation of subsidence.

I'd be worried looking at those cracks given what the land has previously been used for. See what your survey comes back with and take it from there. How old are the properties?Make £2025 in 2025

The house is a semi-detached from a developer built approximately in 1966.0 -
Our house was built in 1964, with green tiles similar to yours. When we had our extension buillt, it was surprising to see how shallow the original foundations were.Try knocking on a few neighbours doors and asking them about their properties. Explain that you are thinking of buying this one. We had a chap come asking what we knew when he bought a house a few doors along. I was happy to give him advice. I discovered later he had spoken to most people in the close. For one thing it also give you a chance to suss out your potential new neighbours.Make £2025 in 2025

Normally the cracks seen inside would not be thought of as very significant. They are hairline cracks you see in many properties. I guess the solicitors search results might make you a bit more anxious though.
The last picture has a more significant crack down the corner of the brickwork.
Is that an extension to the house ( with a flat roof) ? If so they sometimes do move away from the main structure of the property.1 -

The photo outside is the extension of the neighbours that used the Party Wall (allowed by the Title Register) to build their own extension the crack is between the wall of the house I intend to buy and the party wall.
Do you see these cracks more related to the age of the house? Thank you!0 -
