Thank you, I did manage to find it. However there the suggestion on receiving LBC is to give a strong reply! Is my case not fit for that kind of a reply? Any reason why you suggested I ignore the letter and wait instead of dispute it with a strong reply and informing that I already paid albeit for the next day!? Also I know again another blunder on my part - wife seems to have thrown away all the PCN letters I received earlier! Do we need them ?

Its the one with 30 days notice that I told you to wait for ( not 7 or 14 days notice. )
So yes wait for that LBC, which you haven't received yet, then respond correctly
Step by step
You wont be informing them about those circumstances, save it for your defence or Witness Statement
You dont need any letters at this moment ( but from now on keep letters for say 6 years before binning them , it was very, very foolish to bin them. )
Come back to this thread when the LBC arrives, not before, and do more research, less typing, more reading

Oh I did not realise I would receive another LBC with 30 days notice! I have received a Letter Before Claim but with 14 days notice to pay or dispute! Ok will wait for the 30 day notice letter

Thats why I told you that yesterday, back on the 1st page ! Please study our replies carefully

Presumably this is tedious Moorside Legal? Search the forum.
Everyone gets two letters. Read other threads. This isn't new.

Hi @Gr1pr and @Coupon-mad Just like you said I have now received the 2nd letter from the Solicitor! It's dated 21st April and says "The Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) period has expired and that I should pay within 14 days which is tomorrow! And I only received it yesterday!
What are my next steps please? Looks like they aren't quitting without seeing me in the court!
It this the time I write them back with my case ?
Please advise on the next steps. Thank you

Wait for the court claim form, N1SDT, then follow the Template Defence thread.

Ignore them and wait for the N1SDT Money Claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post in the future

Or send the LBC reply in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread, if you haven't already.
