Our probate is being delayed because of the witness statements not signed at bedside during my aunt’s palliative care
we couldn’t get a solicitor because of covid rules and the hospital staff declined being witness witnesses after earlier agreed to witness.

What has probate got to do with witnesses during palliative?
Why has this anything to do with Covid rules? What we know is far, far less than what we don't know0 -
In that case it’s likely that the estate will be treated as intestate. Did the unwitnessed will leave anything to people who would not inherit under these rules?0
