Our probate is being delayed because of the witness statements not signed at bedside during my aunt’s palliative care 
we couldn’t get a solicitor because of covid rules and the hospital staff declined being witness witnesses after earlier agreed to witness.

    In that case it’s likely that the estate will be treated as intestate. Did the unwitnessed will leave anything to people who would not inherit under these rules?
