How to stick something to guttering

Options
Come to the end of my tether with neighbour in linked bungalow and she never cleans out her gutters which means when I clean mine and it rains all her accumulated dirt and moss goes straight into mine making cleaning mine a waste of time.

I've some gutter netting thats meant for setting over to stop leaves and such getting in but I intend to cut it to size and insert on my side to allow water through but not the chunks of moss.

What adhesive would be best to use? Or I could try duct tape but I think through the winter that would come off.

I thought about bathroom sealant.

Cable ties - Thread a couple or three around the gutter, preferably close to a clip. Then use another one or two to secure the brush.

Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

A build up of moss/leaves against the mesh will sooner or later stop the water flow as well - you'll need to clear the mesh regularly to stop this happening. In heavy rain even a fairly minor obstruction to the flow may be enough to cause the gutter to overflow, with possible damage to the neighbour's property.

Whatever you use to fix the mesh, make sure you'll be able to remove it again fairly easily if the neighbour gets stroppy.

What material is the gutter made from? That may influence what kind of adhesive will work best.

    Section it's uPVC or whatever.
If it did overflow it would be my side and shouldn't affect anything other than my temper at having to deal with it 😉
I was looking for something that will be easy to remove if it doesn't work but was hoping that being old with a dodgy hip I didn't have to clean this more than necessary.

I wonder if I could get a small amount of the brushes just to fit in the border between houses.

Neighbour won't care. She agreed to me cleaning one part of hers to keep mine clear last year and I've tried to explain, drop hints but her answer to any part of maintenance is ' I don't care, can't be bothered,' it's a family trait.
But if her neglect causes hers to overflow she will get someone to do it. If she notices or cares that is.

I can't really see from the photo as too dark but the roof doesn't look like there's a lot of moss on it.

Also where is the downpipe for the gutters as it's not in the photo.

Does the gutters overflow or at the downpipe section?

The moss comes down the gully in each corner.
The downpipe is at the far end front of the bungalows.
I can't photo further back because of the cars. It would have been better photo this evening but I hope to be doing something more fun by then 🙂

What's wrong with gutter brush? Do you realise that this brush is designed exactly for this purpose (not for cleaning)? It's easy to remove, you can fill the whole gutter with it or put 1m piece on you side close to the boundary line.
You can buy 3x4m pack in SF.

Sounds perfect -except it came up with a pack of 3 massive lengths at £79  :o
I've found Wickes at £29 short length.

The dreaded Amazon has short cheap bits but then there's the delivery charge.

    Oh apologies Grumpy codger.

I just saw brush and thought 'no I was asking about glue ' 🥴

Haven't had coffee yet. Can't walk smorning yet. I'll get onto both and nip down there before it's too hot.
    Thank you.
