Migration from ESA to UC

I am just starting to fill out the online form for migration from ESA to UC and have a couple of questions about it, if anyone can help, thank you. First, I read alot about id checks using photo id and credit cards and other things. So far I have just had to give an email address and put in a few codes and thats it. Have I done something wrong or do these checks come later? Secondly, about people who live with you. I own/share/live in a house jointly with my sister. From my understanding she does not live with me and I don't live with her, as we both jointly own it. I will be claiming as a single person and not be claiming anything for the house like rent or housing benefits as it is paid for. I am not sure what to put on the form as to who you live with. A .gov page says we are classed as joint tenants and she does not need to be included, but I just want to make sure. Thank you for any help.

ID towards end.
Correct regarding Sister living with you. You don't include joint owners/renters that are not part of your benefit unit. Claim is just in your nane..The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.2 -
You own your home you just say that. Ignore the joint tenant part because its not relevant because you are not renting and not asking for housing support. You are claiming as single as would your sister if she needs to claim because you are 2 different households not a husband and wife or couple.1
