Claim form received from CNBC in respect of Euro Car Parks Limited via DCB Legal Ltd

Hi all
I am aware there is a lot of information already here - many thanks to those who have created this resource! Please would someone help in directing me to the areas i need at this stage?
The claim relates to a parking charge notice received 7th October 2023 for an alleged parking offence on 23rd September 2023 of parking longer (2 hours 31 mins) than the maximum period allowed (2 hours) in a Shoppers Car Park which has no paid parking and serves mainly a Morrisons as well as a few other small shops on the site and nearby. The camera is on the entrance / exit as far as i know. It was the day before my sons birthday and i was shopping for party stuff as well as picking up some inflated balloons etc so in and out of the town a couple of times. I appealed the charge on 11th October using the suggest first response from here particularly asking on whose behalf they were operating since i am aware that whoever owns the car park also owns the local shop premises and would not want to deter a shopper with plenty of receipts from that day!
I had two replies - both very standard - one related to GDPR (which i hadn't actually challenged) and the other refusing to answer my question with regard to their legitimacy as operators and who they are operating on behalf of. I have ignored everything else since - ZZPS, DCB Legal etc.

Please can i ask for advice on next actions? If you need more detail very happy to provide
