I was able to claim at 9:01 and showed that I have claimed but not showing in my codes, and now it shows all gone rather claimed

Sounds like the website is really struggling with the amount of people on there at 9.00 precisely. I wonder will it survive tomorrow's onslaught or crash spectacularly as soon as the door opens?
Good luck to anyone planning on giving it a go!

Although if people are unleashing their bot armies to try and secure a free chocolate bar.......
There are fairer ways to use technology on these type of draws, successful connect in an hour-long (say) period, with queuing, enters you into a random draw might be one. The National Theatre uses something similar when it releases cheap seats for productions.1 -
Yes, I'm all for banks giving stuff away for free, but not a huge amount of thought seems to have gone into this one.
For tomorrow's I would have it open for 24 hours and then randomly pick out 50 entries. Prevents the website from struggling and possibly crashing, is fairer to everyone - not everyone can get on at 9.00 or has a bunch of devices, and prevents bots from getting all the vouchers.3 -
Anyone else had an issues with even logging in. It wont load after password and even trying to reset password
gives me error 404..?0 -
They must have heard you - it is now a prize draw for the voucher. Website was very slowdanny13579 said:Yes, I'm all for banks giving stuff away for free, but not a huge amount of thought seems to have gone into this one.
