I've just re read this thread as I remembered it from a few weeks ago.
I first thought hey, FD giving something away, yep too good to be true. It's ok if you like that sort of stuff and spend you money to get these perks there, we don't.
What's really annoying about these perks/rewards offer you can't really find out what it's all about (apart from on here) unless you sign up. That I was reluctant reluctant to do.
Also my wife got a notification about it weeks ago, I've only just received mine and we've got an account each and joint account. I found in the past they are a bit hit and miss at sending out these promotions to customers.
Not missing anything then, after I reckon over 30 years also being a customer you still can't expect anything much from them, apart from good service, it's the only reason for sticking with them.0 -
Thanks for the screenshot danny13579 - I didn't want to sign up without seeing first exactly what was on offer.
It's really annoying when they want you to sign up blind to these things.2 -
Yes, thank you the screen shot danny13579. FD chat wouldn't tell me what the perks were ☹️. I'll not sign up with my banking email and dob (both of which FD have already). Don't feel like we're missing out on much.0

Thanks for the heads up. Pity I’ve very recently renewed my Snr Railcard for 3 years. Could have saved £12🙁0
