They probably have, but not to all members it seems.

All gone now - as they have hit the 10,000 survey limit for those who were invited.
They still ask people if they are happy to complete the survey to say what you think about the perks scheme - just after telling you that you won't be getting the £5 voucher! I passed - in case they do a later offer and those who completed a survey before are ruled out!
