CP Plus / Nexus PCN - Only seen reminder letter

I just opened this letter to see a reminder to pay a PCN which I have never seen before. I literally have the Monzo payment of when I've paid for parking at the parking lot so this is somewhat a surprise to me.
Here's the notice that was sent to me, thankfully I can still appeal, not sure on what grounds I should/can appeal on though. Any help will be much appreciated.

Appeal attaching proof of payment and ask them to check for a minor keying error.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
