No exhibits are submitted with the defence,  so scrap p2  ( possibly scrap p1 as well  )

Use the template,  the current one from today,  adding your case paragraph in 3 etc

You dont ask questions like is there evidence,  so your personal paragraph needs work, removing waffle and questions etc, your feelings should be removed,  save all of that stuff for your WS bundle in several months time 

So your current personal paragraph should be 2 or 3 lines long,  so as the template clearly says

Add BRIEF further details here if you have something important to add, such as ONE LINE about the fact you appealed and they refused it, or maybe the machines or app were not working}.

BE VERY CONCISE, OR YOUR DEFENCE WON'T FIT IN THE MCOL DEFENCE BOX - SO TEST IT, CHECK AND REDUCE YOUR LINE-COUNT!
