ZARA - where is my refund?

Ordered online on 06 June. Returned via Evri on 16 June so well within their 30 day return period. Have been in touch four times now via their "Chat" option which is the only way to contact them. A bot who may or may not put you in touch with an agent. The agent may or may not reply and may leave you hanging on or just cut you off. I have experienced all. When I ask why I have not been refunded I get this response "it is being reviewed". The order was returned in the same condition as I received it as both items were unsuitable so I have no idea why they are telling me it is being "reviewed". Now almost a month and still no refund. Unfortunately there are many similar tales about Zara's dire customer service and lack of issuing refunds if you google. Any assistance as to how to get my refund would be greatly appreciated!
