    • The parking site now uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition).
    • I parked there for 40 minutes and had a valid paper permit, but it was in the car and not on the windscreen.
    • I later found out that the system now requires a digital permit registration, which I wasn’t aware of
Why would you want to pay a scam based on the above?

LBC has arrived. They've also given a new repayment solution date before 15/02/2026.

Offering you a repayment plan may well indicate they are unsure of their case.

Do not accept a payment plan and play the game

No they haven't because you aren't reading the thing! That isn't a 'solution' LOL!

Send the usual LBC reply email from post 2 of the NEWBIES thread. No copying it here please, we don't need to check our tried & tested templates.

They've just sent another letter re-iterating the expiration date of the 15th of February. However, in this letter, they've said they'd be willing to offer some "additional time", as well as a "final offer". Not to sound overconfident, but I assume that's a minor sign that they aren't 100% sure they're on the right side of this case?

    How desperate of them.

We don't need to see their replies!

    Just for future information:

They sent 2 letters, both offering a £100 settlement as a "gesture of goodwill", as per one of the letters. The only difference in the 2 letters being a few days apart and an extension of the original deadline from 16th of March to the 23rd. Obviously I will not be paying but just noting this here.
