Hi All
I have given up the dread weed and am putting the £5.50 a day  I was spending in a jar where I can see it grow! I would like advice on what to spend it on by way of a multi media PC to replace the TV, DVD, VHS and DVR in the lounge.
Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can see how my saved stash compares to what's on offer - at some point in the next 6 to 12 months I hope that the cost of what I want will meet the value of my kilner jar of cash!
Cheers

Just goto google.co.uk and type in 'building a htpc' then sit back and start reading. That's the quick answer, mainly because there are media pc's that enable you to surf the internet from your sofa, then there are media streamers that allow you to play media you've downloaded\coverted straight off a harddrive.
HTPC's:

HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
