Parking charge at Manchester Airport.

Hello folks,
Today I have received a parking charge from APCOA. I drove my parent's car to pick them up at the T2 pick up / drop-off zone.
The charge was issued on 4th of July and states that I did not make a valid payment. I mistakingly went into the express pick up lane, but did not park and drove straight out. Entry time states: 08:57:59 and exit time: 08:59:24.
I turned around and this time drove into the short stay lane; picked up my parents and paid the short stay fee.
Can this be appealed?

Of course, it's very common since Apcoa took over a few months ago, study the other Manchester Airport threads, but especially the Heathrow and Gatwick thread, appealing as keeper using the troublemaker22 template
