Land registry - repossessed house unilateral notice and other charges

Options
I believe there is a bespoke land registry forum but I could not find it .

I am tying to buy a house , 6 weeks in and the title register has still not been updated to remove the charges , multiple proprietor’s and a  unilateral notice .

Is there way to see if there are any pending changes against a title to give me some confidence that things are progression . I can’t keep spending £7 every time to check .

Also , why would it take so long to put the title into a position that my solisitor can complete the conveyancing . Is it a lengthy  process ?

Can we take a step and ask why you think the "charges, multiple proprietors and a unilateral notice" all need to be removed from the register before you can proceed? It's not obvious to me that they do, unless there is something unusual going on.

Everything gets dealts with at completion of the transaction. Hence why solicitors are involved.
