This is vs parking eye, defence filed via MCOL, i received their defence response and a copy of their directions questionnaire. I did not recive my own directions questionnaire to complete nor have i been sent an email prompt to complete it online- maybe i have been a bit naive and should have checked the portal, but like most i am very busy and didn't think to check...
I recieved an N24 asking me to complete my directions questionnaire within 7 days. This arrived whilst i was on holiday and i am now 3 working days over the deadline.
Have I got any grounds to rectify the situaton or am i resigned to having the case struck out and a ccj against me?

Just email it quick now. They can't go for a default claim right now because you filed your defence. But the court can strike out your defence due to no DQ.
But they're slightly more lenient over delayed DQs generally. So do it now and explain you've been away for a week.0 -
As above, theN180 , fillitin, email it to the DQ email address, ASAP
Then check your claim history later this week, to ensure that it's been logged on MCOL
Make sure that you receive the auto email response in your inbox and spam folders3 -

Check your MCOL claim history in a week or so, meanwhile making sure that you received the auto response from the CNBC ( you didn't mention it )1
