Parking Eye quick win - complaining to the Landowner worked!

Hello,
I just wanted to thank the forum again. I have recently received another unjust automated ticket from Parking eye for being on the premises for 16minutes. I read through the Newbies thread, read through some other similar cases and used your guidance to appeal. The landowner in this case specifically state on their website that any tickets should be appealed directly with Parking eye and not them - this put me off but I kept going back in my mind to where the Newbies thread says always complain to them first! I then found something on the landowner saying they will support where Ts&Cs had been followed and decided to find their contact details and give it a try. I noticed that the template for that initial complaint to landowner had changed but I had one you had up previously that worked then and has worked again! The landowner replied to me on the same day and cancelled the ticket! Phew, no lengthy process with Parking eye!

Yay!
Could you post this in the thread called SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs and copy & paste the complaint you used, stating which PPC and which landowner/site?
That will massively help others.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
