BT awful service what can I do

Long story short, I got my 3 months bill(new customer at this address) and was shocked to see my bill was around £70! they claim I made £50 in phone calls in 3 months when my last few flats I only had £2-£6 a month as its mainly for evening and weekend calls and internet.
Also despite being promised I have an itemised bill its only partly itemised meaning I cant tell what the costs are
Also when i originally paid they messed up the direct debit meaning I got a red bill and paid by debit card for which they told me there was no charges and I would be reconnected free.
I have a £4.50 payment charge, 11.75 reconnection charge and a 7.50 late payment charge

ring them up and get them to send a fully itemised bill through as originally requested when you asked for connection - they may spin you a story about there will be a charge for that but just tell them you wanted full billing in the first place and clearly their member of staff never did their job properly ib the first place.
also tell them that you were never advised of the charges that they have applied and that you dispute them
if they state that they were - yet you beieve that you were never told in that respective conversation ask them to send you the origiinal telephonoe call log to prove that
point is kick up a fuss and speak to the manager if nessecary0 -
I've had the same problem with the late payment fees and payment processing fees. I cannot believe they charge you for accepting your payment.  Best advice....... go elsewhere. I did.0
