Hello,
I wonder if i can be helped with this, from years of suffering from parking fines turning into large debts with the council only because i was parking outside my house infrnt of my back gate.

At the front me and 3 other houses have double yellow lines, to the side of us to and behind we have restrictions to resident permit holders. This isn’t the case for the rest of the block who have access to front resident parking and back resident parking, but most of these houses have more than a car each and use up parking front and back, how is it fair for us who only have access in the back and that to need to pay for a resident permit each year! We recieve tickets on a daily basis sometimes twice in one day and that to who are residents living in these houses!
Please help
