Changing my will

I am considering changing my will but have no idea how to go about it and how much it would cost. Things have changed a lot since it was made and I'm now mostly bedridden so I have no idea how to go about this. Id need to do this without my partner knowing. Any advice gratefully received.

You don't change your will, you make a new one that revokes the old one.
I would contact some local solicitors and find one that will visit you at home, as they'll need to come for the witnessing part, even if you do the rest online - I expect there will be an extra charge for this.
Do you have people in mind to be the executors, or would you use the solicitor to administer your estate?

Are there times when your partner is not in the property when a solicitor could visit?
otherwise, are there times when you can get up when you might be able to go out?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Ring some local solicitors to see if any will do a home visit and likely costs. The first face to face could be via zoom, but once you have the final draft it will need a physical face to face for the signing and witnessing. This will need a second witness. Have you thought about executors (assuming you are not appointing your partner).
Do you own a home together?0
