    hi, anyone know if vehicle control services ltd tend to go distance on going to court? i've just been successful recently in getting groupnexus claim discontinued with forum help :-D

    both cases listed a bristol

    in the group nexus case, the court stated submit your evidence pre the date for payment of fees. then the claimant didn't pay as pre-predicted

    in this case above, the date for claimant payment comes first (late june) then the statement of evidence goes in 1 week after and so when i was searching the forum for vehicle control services ltd and discontinued i found now threads saying positive outcomes so just thought i'd ask and see what there profile is for going to court
