    I'm afraid that coupon mad is on holiday for up to 10 days 

    Clearly you are correct in stating that the alleged breach is mentioned 

    Maybe you should adapt today's new defence template instead of using the old template   ?

    Thanks @Gr1pr :) I will do. Under the practice directions they should have attached a copy of the contract I think in which the breach relies upon. Which they haven’t so I think some is still relevant.
