    At the moment email to claim.responses is safer because of the issues within mcol, as currently discussed in the template defence thread

    Study the addresses in the defence template thread which are up to date and you should be following the 12 steps 

    But I did tell you to use the correct address,  claim.responses

    Obviously the short defence CANNOT BE EMAILED because it isn't signed under a statement of truth.

    NOBODY SHOULD BE TELLING PEOPLE TO EMAIL AN UNSIGNED DEFENCE.

    If there is a character problem try removing the square brackets. Or a colon or semi-colon. Try it till it works: by trial and error.

    There's clearly a character it doesn't like. This isn't difficult.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
