Afternoon folks. Don't know where the morning went other than my usual shopping trip with DS. Plus a bit of cooking of some stuff to take with me to the caravan tomorrow for another weeks getaway. And this time the weather promises to be better!
Off back out this afternoon to watch the 2 dancing DGDs in a show. Its a busy day for me as when I get home again I want to pack some clothes and what foodstuffs I can. Then in the morning carry on with fridge and freezer stuff before DD picks me up.
Righto better get myself ready. Have a good day folks and ((HUGS)) where needed. Take care xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"8 -

Thank you all again for the words of support, just having you behind me is so reassuring, I spent yesterday afternoon adding to my escalated complaint about another three pages quoting the care act and the need for advocacy, it’s his legal right to have an independent advocate and they just keep brushing this off and saying it’s his mum, the simple fact that she wants him home and he doesn’t want to go should trigger the need for an advocate, I also asked to see the completed risk assessment ( thanks Snoozer 😍) they also said that the issues I have raised in the past were addressed at the time and were no longer happening, so I pulled them up on this and said the issues were still happening until mum went into hospital so they were not addressed at all, they also said the sw had been in close contact with the respite place to ensure smooth transition into him going home, wrong ! They have had two phone calls and that is all. I have set it out very simply and factually and asked them to reply to every point. I wish I could share it here but I don’t think it’s appropriate. I finished it by saying that it’s only a matter of time before something happens to him and then it will be one of those lessons have been learned things at Robs expense.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
