Two bit company i know, however i have an account with the rapid drop off section here as they have recently removed the barriers and now is ANPR technology.
Not had an issue till now, they are claiming ive not paid for this one (one of the many times I've visited,) now trying to get intouch with this company is nearly impossible.
Time consuming and not even my fauly but now i have to try and get in touch with a company that makes it so hard to get in touch, ive tried to appeal ot online but the online portal keeps telling me the number is invalid .
You seriously couldn't make this up that UK airports use these mugs ,mind ya they use VCS and they were beat in court by me that left their para leagle rep nearly tripping over to get out of the court room quick enough !!
