• The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the UK airport or Eurostar station, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenditure or incidental costs, beverages and any other food and drink that are not part of the package outlined above.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
• The winner and their guest must adhere to the government’s travel advice.
• This prize draw is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) Riviera Travel or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
• The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and will be provided with details of how to accept the prize. Failure by the winner to accept the prize in the manner specified, within 14 days of being notified, will make any claim invalid, and another winner will be selected in a random draw, from all remaining eligible entries.
• Should the winner be unable to accept the prize package for any reason, then they will automatically forfeit their claim to the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• The choice of cabin category will be at the sole discretion of Riviera Travel. If the winner chooses to upgrade their cabin, then this will be at an additional cost paid for by the winner, subject to availability.
• Entrants must be over 18. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
