I am the registered keeper and have received a Parking Charge from Park With Ease.
The alleged parking contravention occurred on 15.06.25 Parking Charge was received yesterday .
The car park is one of those where you pay on exit no ticket is issued.
The driver of the vehicle actually paid for parking via debit card. However the transaction is showing on debit card statement as clearing on 17.06.25 - 2 days later.
If we appeal and send a copy of the bank statement, this could reveal the driver? Also, PWE might allege the payment was for a different parking period.
Unsure how to proceed at the moment. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Post a redacted picture of the pcn
The keeper showing them a redacted picture of the bank statement payment does not reveal who was driving the vehicle, it could have been me
Presumably the VRM numberplate details were put into the payment machine , so could there have been a keying error? Or do you believe that the machine was faulty ?0 -
Please let us see both sides of their Notice to Keeper letter, redacting any personal identifying detail, but leave all dates showing. The driver of the vehicle actually paid for parking via debit card. However the transaction is showing on debit card statement as clearing on 17.06.25 - 2 days later.Pretty standard for most transactions. Shows a date 1 or 2 days after the event. In any case, in this context, should you need it, you can quote the very words written by PwE themselves on their website. The easy-to-navigate system allows users to pay for the amount of time they park, in 20 minute intervals, and up to 48 hours after they leave the car park either online, using a mobile or by cash or credit card. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Appeal and send a copy of the bank statement, no worries about admitting to driving because that's a POFA worded NTK anyway.
Don't use a template appeal. Just prove you paid. Maybe there was a VRM typo.
Nice to see £50 PCN discounted to £30. This shows it is a viable business model.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It has to arrive within 14 days for Pofa2012 compliance, but is presumed to be delivered 2 business days after posting, which in reality is 2 business days after the issue date. So nothing to see there if the issue date is 5 days after the incident date, 10 or 11 days after would have complied too, nevermind 5 days after
Plus coupon mad already mentioned that it's POFA2012 compliant2
