district valuer querying value of house, i replied, how long to they take to decide?

update: RICS surveyor negotiated with the Disrict Valuer and agreed a revised uplifted price that I've accepted. Presumably the District Valuer reports this to HMRC and they accept this agreed price? i.e. do HMRC ever dispute the District Valuer's decision is my question.0

HMRC rely upon and are bound by the valuation the VOA District Valuer has agreed.
